Affordability isn’t a silver bullet solution, so reducing costs without compromise and finding the balance between fixed details, flexible design and freedom to move into a more bespoke realm if you wish, Small Smart Spaces can meet you with where you are at.

Able to be both Passive House and Homestar rated, these homes will be more valuable on the market and also qualify for interest rate reductions on you rmorgage.
