This Design Consultation is for new build residential projects. This service sets up a project plan and budget for your project and allows for accurate fees for Concept Design Fee and beyond.

This is a prepaid service and includes due diligence on planning regulations prior to an in person or virtual consultation. The consultation is usually an hour long and involves lots of ideas and discussions about the various aspects of your project, your expectations and set aspirations.

After the consultation, I provide you with a report of our conversation, a detailed brief, outline project budget and a fee proposal for the next stages for your project.
